I’ll be honest, I went into this expecting something a lot better for the price. The photos online made it look really nice, so I figured it would feel a bit more premium in person.
It’s not terrible or anything, but when I compared what I paid to what I actually received, it just didn’t match my expectations. I don’t mind spending more when the quality or overall experience feels worth it, but this didn’t quite get there for me.

For the cost, I was hoping for something that felt more special. Since it didn’t really deliver on that, I probably wouldn’t buy it again.

The package arrived all crushed and beaten up, like some idiot drop-kicked it the whole way here. Thankfully the item inside was okay, but the packaging looked like absolute crap

the sizing has been super reliable for me. I’ve ordered a few tees and a hoodie from One Golden Thread, and my usual size fit the same across all of them, which doesn’t always happen when I shop online.

I also didn’t notice any weird shrinking or fit changes after washing, which was a relief. It just makes it way easier to order again without second-guessing everything

I’ve been really happy with these because they’re super easy to pair with different outfits. I can wear them around the house or dress them up a bit to go out, which surprised me?? The only reason I’m taking off a star is that the sizing was a little tricky to figure out

I don’t know, I really wanted to like it, but it just wasn’t comfortable for me. Like, maybe it fits other people better or something, but for me it felt off pretty much right away. I ended up not wanting to use it much.

I’m particular about shirts, and this one holds up well. The fabric feels nice on, and the stitching looks solid so far. Overall, it meets my usual standard for quality and I’m happy with the purchase

I really thought this was going to feel soft and comfortable, especially for what it cost, but the fabric was rough on my skin. I washed it hoping it might loosen up or get better, but it felt basically the same afterward. At that point I just felt kind of trapped with something I didn’t really want to use. For the price, I expected a lot more. Disappointing.

My order showed up with everything matching what I picked, and there weren’t any mixups this time. For a basic order like this, that’s all I’m looking for...

I was pleasantly surprised by how fast this arrived. I placed the order and it was at my door in two days, which felt impressive and definitely left a good impression.

I tried to exchange a shirt from onegoldenthread.com, it felt way more complicated than it needed to be. Maybe I’m being picky, but I feel like an exchange should be straightforward, right? Instead, replies took days, and I kept getting different answers about what I was supposed to send back.

By the time everything finally got figured out, my size was already gone. I had paid for shipping too, so it really felt like I wasted both time and money. I don’t know, maybe others had a smoother experience, but this definitely put me off from ordering again.

The size was about right overall, though the sleeves were a little long on me. Still, there’s something about it that I like, so I’ll probably keep wearing it.

My experience with customer service wasn’t great. It took them days to get back to me, and when they finally did, the response didn’t really solve much. Maybe others have had better luck, but for me it was slow and not super helpful.

I wore this for about an hour and already felt warm and sweaty. The whole “breathable” label is doing a lot of pretending here. Not the worst thing ever, but definitely not what I expected.

I do like that they seem to genuinely care about ethical production, and that’s a big reason I wanted to support them. That said, the prices felt high to me, and my order took longer to arrive than I expected. When I had questions about the delay, I kind of felt dismissed instead of helped, which was frustrating. Overall, I respect what they’re trying to do, but the experience wasn’t perfect.

I was into the whole mindful clothing idea at first, but actually buying from them kinda didn’t feel like that. It just felt like regular pricey basics with some nice words around it. Not really what I was expecting

Support was polite, but I kept getting vague promises like “it should be processed soon” without any real timeline. I would’ve appreciated clearer info instead of just waiting and hoping it was moving along.

I’ve usually had good luck with this brand, so I was really hoping this would be another easy favorite. It was super soft at first and felt great to wear, but after just a few washes the fabric started getting noticeably thin. Kind of disappointing, especially because I’ve liked their stuff in the past and want to keep buying from them.
